Clear studio terms for booking, delivery, and privacy.

A non-refundable booking fee of 20% of the total package cost is required to secure your session date. This deposit is only refundable if the session is canceled by the studio.

The remaining balance must be settled in full upon arrival at the studio. For maternity sessions, payment is due before the makeup session begins. For baby sessions, payment is due before the photoshoot begins.

Package pricing is fixed to reflect the premium quality of professional props, high-end equipment, and the specialized expertise delivered. Discounts are not offered on established rates.

To keep the studio on schedule for all clients, sessions that exceed the allotted timeframe will incur a fee of ₹500 per 30-minute increment.

For maternity sessions, gown selections must be finalized at least one week before the scheduled shoot. For baby sessions, themes must be confirmed before the shoot date is finalized.

Only one support person is permitted to accompany the client or infant in order to maintain a focused and professional studio environment. Each additional attendee will incur a guest fee of ₹1,500.

Clients are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the studio in Kodigehalli, Hebbal.

A link to the raw, unedited images will be shared via Google Drive within 48 hours of the session.

The editing process begins only after the client has selected their preferred images according to their package limit. Additional image retouching is available at an extra cost.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of high-resolution edited images after your final selections are shared.

Albums and frames require an additional 3-week production period after digital delivery. All physical products must be collected in person from the studio.

To manage storage capacity, all raw footage and files will be permanently deleted once the final edited images and any physical products, including albums and frames, have been delivered.

The studio reserves the right to use images for promotional and portfolio purposes. If you prefer that your images remain private and excluded from social media, a copyright purchase fee equal to 20% of the total package cost will apply.
